It’s important to introduce exercises gradually—if you’re just starting out, it’s best to begin with shorter sessions a few times a week. This approach helps you build a habit, avoid frustration, and prevent overtraining.
In the app, you can easily filter training programs to find the best one for you. You’ll find this option in the top right corner of the Programs (Training) tab 🔍
This allows you to search programs by difficulty level, muscle groups, number of workouts per week, session length, and available equipment.
