Your streak may be reset if you miss a workout. Here are the situations when this can happen:
- If you aren’t following a training program and don’t complete any workouts for 7 consecutive days, your streak will be reset.
- If you miss a scheduled workout on a day it’s planned, your streak will also be reset.
To avoid resetting your streak, try to work out consistently and maintain a regular training routine.
