The MAXX Nation app is designed to let you choose one training program and complete it fully. Of course, you can switch to a different program at any time during your active subscription. Keep in mind that when you switch, the new program will start from the beginning, and any workouts you already completed will not be saved.
If you want to do an additional complementary workout, we recommend using the single workouts available in the app. You can also mark any workout as a “Favorite” to return to it at any time.
There is no limit to the number of additional single workouts you can do in a day, but they should always complement your main training program.
Recovery and rest between workouts are extremely important for effective training. We recommend alternating workouts for different muscle groups. 💪
