To increase your streak, you need to complete at least one workout each day. Here’s how it works:
- Completing any workout on a scheduled program day will increase your streak by 1 day.
- If your program includes rest days, you don’t need to exercise to maintain your streak. However, if you do an extra workout on a rest day, your streak will increase.
- If you aren’t following a program, completing any workout will increase your streak by 1 day and prevent it from resetting for the next 7 days.
- Doing multiple workouts in a single day will not increase your streak by more than 1 day — what counts is the number of consecutive workout days, not the number of workouts.
