How do you turn on Tracker Mode?
Simple. You’ll find the option to enable this mode before starting any workout. Once activated, instead of a workout video, you’ll see the Workout Details screen.
What can you do in this mode?
📊 Log your results: Enter your reps and actual weight used directly next to each exercise. Build your strength history in black and white!
✅ Track your progress: Check off completed exercises with a single tap. See what’s already done and how much you’ve got left. At the end, you can finish everything with the “Mark all as completed” button.
⏰ Use the timer: For timed exercises, you can start a countdown timer. When time’s up, you’ll hear a sound notification.
🏋️ Preview technique: Forgot how to perform a movement correctly? Tap the exercise graphic to see a quick preview and hear audio guidance.
Train Without Limits (Even in the Background!)
We know how gym life works. Tracker Mode in MAXX Nation adapts to you:
Multitasking: Want to reply to a text or change your playlist? Go for it. Leave the app, and we’ll still track your workout time in the background ⏳
Smart safeguard: Everyone forgets to stop the timer sometimes. If we don’t detect any activity for an hour, we’ll send you a notification. If there’s still no response, we’ll automatically pause your workout so you can jump back in whenever you’re ready 🔔
Stats guaranteed: Every workout completed in this mode counts toward your streak and is automatically added to your activity calendar. Your hard work never goes unnoticed! 📈
